RETURNS

We offer a 30-day, no-risk money back guarantee. This means, if for any reason, you wish to return a product purchased from In My Bathroom, you can do so within thirty (30) days of the purchase date for a full refund. It's that easy!

 

To be eligible for a full refund, the item(s) you're returning must be in the original packaging, appear unused and in the same condition as received.

 

To request a return, please email the following info to Support@InMyBathroom.com:

• Your order number and the specific item(s) you want to return.

• The reason for your return. (If a picture would better describe your issue, please attach it to the message. We have simple, quick solutions for just about any common problem.)

• Any feedback you’d like to provide. (Your suggestions will help us understand how we can improve our products and services, and prevent any issues that you may have run into from happening again.)

 

After you submit your request, we’ll get back to you with further return instructions as necessary.

 

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs on any returns or replacements unless the merchandise was damaged or defective at the time of delivery. In most cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customer returns may incur a restocking fee to offset our shipping and handling, warehouse, re-boxing and other product restoration costs. (For international orders, additional fees may apply.)
